Your space is reserved once payment is made in full. Artwork is due by February 1, 2023

Horizontal 1/2 Page Ad Specifications

• Live Area: 7.75″ x 5″
  (Safe zone for content to ensure nothing important gets cut off.)

• Ad Size: 8.25″ x 5.25″
  (Total size of the ad without the bleed.)

• Bleed Area: 8.5″ x 5.5″
  (Includes the extra margin for trimming.)

Vertical 1/2 Page Ad Specifications

• Live Area: 5″ x 7.75″
  (Safe zone for content to ensure nothing important gets cut off.)

• Ad Size: 5.25″ x 8.25″
  (Total size of the ad without the bleed.)

• Bleed Area: 5.5″ x 8.5″
  (Includes the extra margin for trimming.)

FILE FORMAT REQUIREMENTS

•  Acrobat (PDF files with fonts embedded)

•  InDesign (INDD or IDML files with accompanying

    links and fonts included)

•  Illustrator (EPS or AI files)

•  Photoshop (PSD)

•  All fonts should be outlined

•  Files should be a minimum of 300 DPI

•  Please follow all live area and bleed requirements.

COLOR REQUIREMENTS

All files must be print ready. Files should be formatted in CMYK (Cyan/Magenta/Yellow/Black) mode.  RGB Files will not be accepted.

NOTE: No text, logos or important information should go outside of the LIVE AREA. Cheryl Magazine is not responsible for information that falls outside the live area.
